Property Management

Our Property Management Department has been employing experienced property management professionals since 1885. We are proud to say that we still act on behalf of some client families three to four generations on from our original instructions. 

Our Property Management department is split into three teams covering:

• Commercial Property

• Residential Property

• Blocks of Flats

Management clients are also able to benefit from other departments within Clarke Hillyer such as for:

• Insurance Valuations – it is important to ensure that properties are insured for the correct amount. If a property is over-insured, the premium will be unnecessarily high, whereas if the property is under-insured, the insurance payout may not cover the extent of the required work in the event of a major claim. 

• HMRC Approved Valuations – these could be for a variety of reasons including inheritance tax, planning, or probate. 

• Development Appraisals – we can provide ‘before and after’ valuations for potential development schemes to enhance the value of our clients’ assets.
